AGERPRES: Approximately half of Romanians believe that the Ciolos Government is run from behind the scenes by political parties and more than half believe that the National Liberal Party (PNL) is positioning itself at rule in relation to the new government, an INSCOP poll sent to AGERPRES on Monday reveals.
