RADOR: Over 70 percent of the Romanians believes Russia is responsible for the war in Ukraine, shows a poll conducted by INSCOP Research over May 16th and 21st. Over 87% of the Romanians believes that Russian leaders must be convicted for war crimes and 65% believes that the presence of NATO and the US troops in Romania is a good thing.
